The Month of April

Ruth is now 10 months and has graduated to taking baths with her big sister. There is lots of splashing and lots of fun!

Esther even had a try at it with daddy. I can not say she loved it, but she did seem to have fun!

Only one injury that day and it was poor Joe's knee. Not sure how or what happened, but his knee moved in a funky way walking back up the hill. It sounded painful and by the look on Joe's face it must have been. Still gives him a little trouble now and then so if you can pray for full restoration and healing of Joe's knee. I am sure he'd appreciate it :0). That was the end to a fun filled day. Thank you Matt and Andrea what a blessing.

Ruth is crawling....

well really Ruth has been crawling since the end of February, but I have not kept up on my updates. Ruth's new tricks are clapping, praising the Lord (or both arms up over head) and she has started signing please when she wants food or to nurse. She is a little sweetie that loves to cuddle with mommy. She is a thumb sucker like her big sister and loves to make us laugh. I can not believe she is almost 10 months old. Time goes so fast. Esther is AMAZING as well. She says the cutest things and has been speaking more in sentences. She loves to read books, sing songs and do about anything mommy does. She is a good big sister and most of the time helps keep Ruth safe and entertained. She does need a little direction and sometime Ruth needs a break from all the loving Esther wants to give her. Life has been full and fun with these two little ladies. We love it and thank the Lord for our little gifts daily!

She was in need of a hair cut for a long time. " How is the mullet Esther ?", was the question uncle Joe could not resist asking Esther everytime he saw her. Needless to say it was time for a change!
