She decided she wanted out early..... Ruth Lynn Boerner was born on June 3rd at 5:45pm. She weighed in at 7 lbs 9 oz and was 19 1/4 inches long. Born via a flawless c section. Though mom wanted to try a VBAC (Vaginal Birth After C section) her body had another idea. Ruth was being watched closely by the doctors. She seemed to be measuring too small. After a few sonograms and non stress test they decided it was time to get Ruth out. Ruth's little tummy was shrinking, moms fluid was getting lower and lower and the placenta was not looking healthy by week 39. So, the doctor and mom decided to go in and get baby Ruth out. As the doctor said, "We have a healthy baby today, so lets take her today." The c section went GREAT! We had amazing doctors, medical staff and a sweet baby girl in an hour. I can not complain. Enough about that stuff I'll post more pictures :). Sorry for the delay.
